When I was little, my dad used to take us to the San Rafael. It's the desert that's down past Price, Utah, where he and my mom grew up. I used to love going to the desert with my dad. We would hike and explore and find dinosaur tracks and Indian writings. I thought it was just the greatest thing ever--and all right here in Utah! Riley had never been down there, and I hadn't been in over 10 years, so it was time to take a trip back down. We had a grand old time, even though it was pretty cold.
There was not way he was going to get cold... |
Shooting the glock. |
Dinosaur track of an Allosaurus. We used to come see this when I was little and it was as cool to me today as it was back then. |
Riley thought it was cool too |

Random bright trees in the middle of the desert |
Bighorn Indian writings. These are 2000 years old. They were painted at the time of Christ! |
